Nirit
My graduation project. A book based on the testimony of Nirit, a nurse from Kibbutz Be'eri, who treated the wounded during the October 7 attack. The book offers an experimental experience that seeks more than just documentation; it also aims for processing and interpretation. Through this single testimony, I attempt to broaden the perspective and explore questions related to emotions, the perception of time, morality, pain, and more.
Archaeos
Archaeos is a Research and Archive System for Archaeologists that was developed as part of an advanced UX/UI design course. Our aim was to tackle the issues related to accessing historical data in archaeology and the outdated methods used by archaeologists. The digital system we designed features a comprehensive database containing visual, textual, and geographical information, allowing for effective research, documentation, and data cross-referencing.
Conceptual packaging design
As part of my visual communication studies in the second year, I designed packaging for a basic product, which is flour. My inspiration for the packaging design came from the flour sacks that were used during the Great Depression in the USA. The sacks were designed with diverse patterns to be reused for making different clothing items, as there was no money to buy new fabric. Similarly, my packaging design is intended for reuse and features a combination of modern patterns.
Watsu Center
The Watsu Center is a facility designed for mental healing using the Watsu method. These centers are spread throughout the country and offer subsidized treatments for a large population in need of mental healing and stress reduction, which are common in our daily lives. The center's design features a palette of blue shades combined with unique elements that symbolize the challenges and obstacles we face, while also conveying the possibility of optimism, peace, and contentment.
This project was developed as part of a branding and graphic design course during my third year of studies.
21 Magazine
The magazine focuses on habits and has published an issue titled "Positive Thinking Habits". This project aims to help people during challenging times by promoting a shift in their mindset. The magazine's main objective is to encourage readers to take action and transform their way of thinking. This is reflected in the various sections that allow readers to actively engage with the magazine and begin to alter their thinking patterns. I created the magazine while studying visual communication in my third year.
Beaufort
An animated video inspired by the book "If There Is Heaven" (in English - Beaufort) written by Ron Leshem. The video aimed to evoke a sense of drama, emotion, and depth while connecting the viewer to an 'Israeli' scene that deals with the IDF's stay in Lebanon. Warm colors, rough layers, and military imagery were combined to achieve this goal. was created during my third year of visual communication studies.
Slumdog Millionaire
The site is a conceptual project inspired by the movie "Slumdog Millionaire". It is designed as an internet diary that offers a complete experience of the protagonist Jamal's world, life, and memories. The diary follows the structure of the game show "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?" where every question triggers a memory in Jamal's life. The site is an opportunity for users to immerse themselves in the movie's world and experience Jamal's story as he shares his memories and life experiences. The website was created as a part of my third-year studies in visual communication.
